Well, today was the first day that I flipped! It was not exactly what I anticipated. I was anticipating feeling tremendous freedom from being the "sage on the stage." I was expecting to experience jubilation in finding kids making meaning in collaboration with each other, and then transferring that learning into their independent work. I thought I would look on this day and say this was the most glorious day in years.
It was a busy day and it was a good day. Just not what I expected. I'm pooped. Details tomorrow.
